We want every person — across race, ethnicity, religion, sexuality, gender identity, and income level — to be safe on the job and have equal opportunity for economic success and security. TIME’S UP Foundation is an independent, nonpartisan, and not-for-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization.

Over the past year, TIME’S UP Foundation has undergone some sobering challenges and in reflection, we are in the midst of a structural and systematic reset. To address the hurdles of today and tomorrow, we are identifying room for growth and informed internal improvement.
