The AP reported that the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) is developing a plan to recruit Black members after TIME’S UP Foundation launched the #TIMESUPGlobes social media campaign calling out the lack of diversity in the press organization.

TIME’S UP Foundation tweeted, “a cosmetic fix isn’t enough” and emphasized that out of 87 HFPA members, not a single one of them is Black. Read more about the social media campaign here.
