For decades, the only tools companies had to address bias and discrimination were unconscious bias or diversity training. But now see that these tools are far from sufficient. That’s why TIME’S UP Foundation released a new study laying out behavioral design strategies to place the onus on employers instead of workers and help build more equitable workplaces.
