Statement On Consultant Selected To Facilitate Review Of TIME’S UP

“TIME’S UP is pleased to announce that Leilani M. Brown, a well-regarded executive with decades of experience as a leader in corporate, non-profit, and higher education settings, has been selected to facilitate a strategic and organizational review of the organization. This will include a collaborative feedback process across the TIME’S UP community.

Brown’s background in strategy, conflict and crisis, non-profit governance, communications, inclusion, and equity make her uniquely suited to thoughtfully examine the structure, processes and culture at TIME’S UP and assist the organization in charting a path forward.

This process will inform recommendations, tools, and plans to support the organization in improving and refining the policies used to carry out TIME’S UP’s mission.

Phase 1 of the effort will examine the current state of the organization and solicit constructive insights from the TIME’S UP community.  Phase 2 will inform the organization’s strategy going forward, establishing priorities and recommending best practices to deliver on our promise to uphold and achieve our organizational mission.  Phase 3 will deliver a formal activation plan.

Brown has no existing conflicts of interest and maintains no existing connections to the TIME’S UP Leadership Team, Board of Directors, or staff members.”
