Latinas still face the largest pay gap of any demographic or among women.

For Latina Equal Pay Day, Refinery29 reported on the impact of this pay disparity in all aspects of Latinas’ lives. For example, a TIME’S UP’s national survey found that 63 percent of Latinas have faced discriminatory obstacles to higher pay and one in four Latinas has turned down a higher-paying job because the work environment was too sexist or racist.
