TIME’S UP works each day to create a world where women of all kinds have an equal shot at success and security, and no one lives in fear of sexual harassment or assault. To realize true equality in the workplace, we need to raise awareness about policies and laws that will make sure work is safe and equitable for all.

Let’s be clear: Many of our existing laws and policies weren’t written to protect women at work. Only by making our policies more equitable will women be truly safe in the workplace, and have equal opportunities to thrive.
